Delivery Policy

GARAGEEST.2016 LLC provides custom delivery solutions for all purchases due to the high weight and large dimensions of our furniture and home products. We believe in fair, transparent, and individual delivery calculations that reflect each order’s true logistics cost.
1. Delivery Availability
We currently offer delivery upon request only.
Automatic shipping calculation is not available at checkout due to varying item sizes and destinations.
After placing an order:
  • Our logistics manager will contact you within 1–2 business days;
  • You will receive an exact quote for transportation based on delivery address, weight, and volume;
  • You may confirm or decline the proposed delivery before payment.
2. Delivery Methods
We cooperate with certified freight and furniture transport companies that provide:
  • Door-to-door delivery;
  • Curbside or warehouse delivery;
  • Optional assembly and unpacking services (if available in your region).
You may also arrange self-pickup from our warehouse by appointment.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on:
  • Destination distance;
  • Item availability;
  • Carrier schedules and route conditions.
Estimated delivery windows will be provided during order confirmation.
Delays due to force majeure (weather, customs, or carrier issues) are beyond our control but we always assist in resolving them promptly.
4. Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packaged and inspected prior to dispatch.
We use reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap, and corner protection for furniture safety.
If your item arrives with visible external damage:
  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item immediately upon receipt.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours at info@garageest2016.com
  3. Our team will guide you through the claim process.
5. International Shipping
International delivery is available upon request. Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
